The Kays (below) were selected as the first family to receive a portion of the renovation funds in the Alice Mill Community and they are so excited and feel so blessed to be among those receiving help. The City was awarded a $400,650.00 grant from the Department of Com­merce to help restore homes and bring back a sense of pride to the Alice Mill Community. We look forward to watching other renovations and seeing this community take on a new look.
