The
Finance Department is a multi-faceted and critical component
for the financial well being and health of the City. The
Finance Department operates as a support area within the City
of Easley and reports to the City Administrator. Our services
include treasury functions, accounting, purchasing, revenue
management, payroll, utility billing, audits, financial
reporting and risk management.

In
addition, the Finance Department collects monies from other
departments and performs various accounting and cash
management functions. All deposits to and communications
concerning City bank accounts are the responsibility of the
Finance Department.
All
Accounts Payable checks are processed by the Finance
Department. The Finance Department is also responsible for
ensuring that all City buildings, vehicles, and equipment have
the proper insurance coverage.
