CITY OF EASLEY HOLIDAY SCHEDULE FOR 2013

Please make note of the following sanitation schedule changes for holidays in 2013.

    • January 1, 2013 (New Year’s Day) No change Monday. Tuesday-Holiday, no collection. Tuesday’s route will be picked up Wednesday. No change Thursday and Friday.
    • January 21, 2013 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day) Monday-Holiday, no collection. Monday’s route will be picked up on Tuesday. Tuesday’s route will be picked up on Wednesday. No change Thursday and Friday.
    • February 18, 2013 (President’s Day) Monday-Holiday, no collection. Monday’s route will be picked up on Tuesday. Tuesday’s route will be picked up on Wednesday. No change Thursday and Friday.
    • March 29, 2013 (Good Friday) No change Monday and Tuesday. Thursday’s route will be picked up on Wednesday. Friday’s route will be picked up on Thursday. Friday-Holiday, no collection.
    • May 27, 2013 (Memorial Day) Monday-Holiday, no collection. Monday’s route will be picked up on Tuesday. Tuesday’s route will be picked up on Wednesday. No change Thursday and Friday.
    • July 4, 2013 (July 4th) No change Monday and Tuesday. Thursday’s route will be picked up on Wednesday. Thursday-Holiday, no collection. No change Friday.
    • September 2, 2013 (Labor Day) Monday-Holiday, no collection. Monday’s route will be picked up on Tuesday. Tuesday’s route will be picked up on Wednesday. No change Thursday and Friday.
    • November 28 and 29, 2013 (Thanksgiving). No change Monday and Tuesday. Thursday and Friday routes will be picked up on Wednesday. Thursday and Friday-Holiday, no collection.
    • December 24 and 25, 2013 (Christmas) Monday and Tuesday routes will be picked up on Monday. Tuesday and Wednesday-Holiday, no collections. No change Thursday and Friday.

Excess garbage and recycling can be taken to Pickens County Recycling Stations. They have three locations that are close to the Easley area. Call Pickens County Public Works at (864) 850-7092 for hours of operation.
