This board reviews all exterior modifications in the TIF District.
Meetings are held on the fourth (4th) Thursday of each month at 5:00 p.m. in the conference room of the Planning & Development Office.

The Site Plan Review Board

This board meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 10:00 a.m.

ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

This board reviews and acts on requests for variances, special exceptions, and appeals of the Zoning Administrator’s decisions.  Meetings are held on the third (3rd) Tuesday of each month at 5:00 p.m. in the conference room of the Planning & Development Office.

PLANNING COMMISSION

This board reviews and makes recommendations to the City Council on requests for rezoning and annexation and text amendments to the zoning and land development ordinances.  Meetings are held on the third (3rd) Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the conference room of the Planning & Development Office.
