Office Hours and Location:

The Planning & Development Department is located on the first floor of City Hall. Here you will find everything that you need to know about commercial and residential building codes and permitting, zoning issues, land development, code enforcement, sign regulations and permits, business license inspections and the Downtown TIF District. Stormwater Management is being temporarily shared between this office and Public Works until further notice. The Planning Commission, the Architectural Review Board and the Board of Adjustment and Appeals and the Site Plan Review Board also meet here.
